📋 Description Own quality across the product lifecycle from feature design to production monitoring. Develop a modern QA strategy balancing manual testing, automation, and observability. Introduce AI-powered testing workflows to improve efficiency and coverage. Build and maintain end-to-end automated test suites (Playwright preferred). Identify risks early and embed quality into development with Product & Engineering. 🎯 Requirements Experience owning software quality in modern product teams. Balanced approach to manual testing, automation, and production monitoring. Hands-on experience building/maintaining automated tests (ideally Playwright). Knowledge of modern QA practices, CI/CD, release management, testing strategies. Experience introducing AI tools/workflows into QA processes.
