IAM Engineer

📋 Description Lead identity and access management initiatives across enterprise envs. Govern IAM governance frameworks aligned with security basics. Design, implement IAM using SailPoint and Okta. Enforce least-privilege access and RBAC/ABAC models. Manage joiner/mover/leaver workflows and access reviews. Maintain secrets management and secure credential rotation. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in Security Engineering or IAM roles. Hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityIQ and Okta. Deep IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, least-privilege, PAM. Experience with secrets management (e.g., AWS Secrets Manager). Patch compliance, risk-based remediation, security SLAs.
