IAM Engineer

📋 Description Lead IAM governance and access management initiatives across enterprise environments. Develop strong governance practices and security controls. Support broader cybersecurity strategy and risk reduction efforts. Design and maintain identity solutions with modern IAM platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on secure access controls. Ensure regulatory readiness and security compliance through audits. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in Security Engineering, IAM, or related roles. Hands-on with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityIQ and Okta. Deep IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, least-privilege, privileged access mgmt. Experience with secrets management (e.g., AWS Secrets Manager). Cloud exposure: AWS, Azure, GCP; encryption and secure comms knowledge.
