📋 Description Support pharmacy adherence programs through coordination of daily activities and workflows. Maintain professional communication between patients, pharmacy teams, and internal stakeholders. Manage multiple software applications and phone systems for daily activities. Assist with adherence initiatives and training of Pharmacy Adherence Technicians. Contribute to process improvements and high-quality pharmacy services. Collaborate with leadership on workflow updates and operational needs. 🎯 Requirements Licensed pharmacy technician with strong organizational skills. High school diploma required; associate/bachelor preferred. Minimum 3 years as a licensed pharmacy technician in various settings. At least 1 year in a pharmacy adherence-focused team. Active Registered Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management. 🎁 Benefits Salary range $18.93 - $31.56 per hour.
