Senior Software Engineer I (Full Stack)

📋 Description Design, build, and maintain robust backend services and concurrent workflows (Python/Go). Develop interactive frontend UIs (React, TypeScript) for configuring evals and viewing reports. Integrate control planes with secure environments to run agents and capture artifacts. Build scalable APIs (gRPC/REST) for data pipelines and evaluation engines. Manage client-side state and render large volumes of evaluation data efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex evaluation scenarios. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in software engineering in backend/frontend with distributed systems. Proficient in Python and Go; strong JavaScript/TypeScript and React. Experience with durable workflow orchestration and long-running tasks. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or secure workload isolation. Experience building resilient APIs and streaming updates to clients.
