📋 Description Lead complex qualitative and mixed-methods research initiatives, providing strategic direction and Develop qualitative data collection instruments, including interview guides, focus group protocols Plan and conduct pilot testing and cognitive testing to validate instruments and improve data Design and implement interviewer protocols covering ethics, informed consent, trauma-informed Train, certify, and support interviewers via evaluations, mock interviews, and ongoing coaching. Conduct QA reviews of research sessions and support continuous improvement of interviewing 🎯 Requirements Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant qualitative research experience, or equivalent Experience designing qualitative instruments and conducting pilot and cognitive testing. Strong expertise in qualitative methods, data collection, analysis, and reporting. Experience training/certifying interviewers, including trauma-informed and stigma-aware Advanced knowledge of qualitative coding, codebook development, and analysis frameworks. Experience supporting research QA processes and maintaining methodological consistency. 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $140,000 USD, with final compensation based on location Remote work flexibility.
