Drayage Account Coordinator

📋 Description Communicate professionally with customers, carriers, and team members by phone, email, and in person Verify final carrier charges for drayage and intermodal shipments using PODs and TMS Review SOAs to ensure accounts are current and resolve billing discrepancies with carriers Collaborate with Drayage Accounting and FitzMark Accounting to process carrier payables and Monitor the Delivered Load Board to keep billing/settlement on schedule Cross-train with Drayage/IMDL operations for operational support and backfill 🎯 Requirements Strong attention to detail and team-oriented mindset Experience with billing, accounts payable, and carrier coordination Familiarity with PODs, SOAs, and TMS workflows Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders Willingness to learn and grow in a logistics/DRayage environment 🎁 Benefits
