📋 Description Design, develop, and optimize AI-driven document verification services using Vision-Language Models Work across AI stack: prompts, model evaluation, backend, Azure cloud, and frontend (React/Next.js). Collaborate with PM, Engineering, AI, and SMEs to improve model accuracy and efficiency. Analyze and optimize AI workflows for scalability, latency, and cost. Mentor engineers and drive architectural decisions for AI platform capabilities. Lead technical design and ensure long-term maintainability and extensibility. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. Strong experience with prompts/worksflows for VLMs and LLMs (GPT-family, Gemini or equivalent). Experience building AI evaluation frameworks (accuracy metrics, F1, per-example analysis). Solid understanding of multimodal AI systems combining images and language prompts. Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, asynchronous programming, and API development.
