Define solution architectures leveraging global platform for local market needs. Hands-on coding while guiding architecture, integrations and delivery. Manage and mentor a small engineering team, including coaching and feedback. Collaborate across functions to ensure regulatory and operational alignment. 🎯 Requirements Strong Python production experience (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy).
