📋 Description Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink. Support shipment,Receiving, processing, floor replenishment, and store floor operations. Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and assist with stockroom operations. Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs. Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow and replenishment. Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive store environment. 🎯 Requirements 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment. Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds; stand for long periods; climb ladders as Ability to work across multiple store areas and move quickly to support the business. Strong business acumen and comfort using metrics to drive decisions. Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
