📋 Description Lead technical outcomes for a team of engineers, providing mentorship and guidance Develop and deliver scalable data pipelines and canonical datasets Collaborate with multiple Stripe teams to unlock new data capabilities Drive data initiatives end-to-end from planning to delivery with quality and timeliness 🎯 Requirements This is a Staff-level role with 10+ years building and operating data systems Strong engineering background with data pipelines in distributed frameworks Ability to dive into data quality issues and resolve root causes Backend development language (Scala, Java, or Go) and strong SQL experience Excellent cross-functional collaboration and clear communication Autonomy and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
