📋 Description Deliver implementation and ongoing managed services for Admin Pro customers. Configure MeridianLink software for new and existing clients. Lead advisory sessions to assess workflows and provide recommendations. Manage customer relationships and ensure on-time delivery across initiatives. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2–4 years of loan origination or origination system experience. Strong Microsoft Office tools and organizational skills. Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service basics. Ability to translate business requirements into system updates and configurations. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
