📋 Description The OPD will lead and coordinate programs serving individuals with ID, DD, mental health needs Typical schedule: full-time, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm. On-call 8am Monday to 5pm Friday to support On-call rotation covers approximately 15–30 sites every 3–6 weeks, including some holidays. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field preferred; Designated Manager status per 3+ years supervising staff in human services per 245D Designated Manager requirements. Valid US driver’s license with clean motor vehicle background; valid liability insurance; reliable Ability to perform personal cares, lift/transfer, and transport persons served in the community. Strong decision-making, time management, communication, and flexibility; minimum age 18 (21 for On-call readiness and willingness to work in multiple program sites. 🎁 Benefits Starting salary around $65,000–$66,788 annually; $5,000 retention bonus.
