📋 Description Lead design CoE initiatives and team development in visual communications and presentations. Own complex, high-stakes design work for proposals, executive decks, and client materials. Collaborate with consultants, researchers and sales to craft narrative-driven visuals and data Translate unstructured inputs into cohesive, structured, and visually compelling narratives. Manage multiple concurrent engagements with quality and turnaround benchmarks. Ensure brand guidelines and consulting-grade standards across outputs. 🎯 Requirements 6–9 years in presentation design, visual communication, or consulting design. Expert-level PowerPoint with advanced data visualization and deck construction. Experience with AI-powered design tools and design automation. Strong ability to transform notes and data into executive-ready visuals. Familiarity with brand systems and template libraries for consistent outputs.
