📋 Description Diagnose, troubleshoot, and correct issues affecting access to enterprise systems. Implement, maintain, and support desktops, user devices, servers, and network components. Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment with autonomy. Collaborate across the organization to ensure IT env supports users’ needs. 🎯 Requirements B. Sc IT or similar degree with 3-5 years experience. Knowledge of Windows, Mac OS; Linux a plus. Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and proactive skills. Experience with JIRA ticketing and IT support processes. Familiarity with email, DNS, and directory management.
