📋 Description Lead Engineering, Data, IT, and Security across US and India teams. Develop long-range staffing plans domestically and offshore to balance capability and cost. Translate product and business strategy into technical delivery and outcomes. Drive AI-enabled transformation across product and operations with pragmatic judgment. Maintain platform security and compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2) at scale. Collaborate with CPO to align product and engineering work as a single delivery unit. 🎯 Requirements Typically 15+ years of relevant experience with built-scale engineering leadership. Must be hands-on, close to the work, with a bias for action. Strong consumer technology experience with a record of shipping products customers love. Accountable owner of outcomes end-to-end; urgent and business-minded. Excellent communicator, able to translate between technical and business audiences.
