📋 Description Client facing HR Partner supporting COE and HRBLs Partner with business leaders to address talent-related issues Serve as liaison between client groups and People Services/COEs Lead delivery of recurring HR services and core processes Coach senior management and employees to drive high-performance culture Monitor HR programs locally and provide real-time business feedback 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in Human Resources in manufacturing and client-facing roles Experience in global/distributed environments and shared services Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills Data-driven with ability to synthesize insights and drive solutions Project/program management and change agility Onsite 5 days/week in Sunnyvale, CA 🎁 Benefits Market-competitive compensation with incentives and equity Health, retirement, and other standard benefits (as applicable)
