Set technical and cultural direction; drive hiring and maintain high hiring standards. Operate AI-native systems at scale; build and coach a team leveraging AI to deliver at 10x. 🎯 Requirements 8-10+ years in engineering with real-time systems that shipped and operated production. Demonstrable AI proficiency; able to lead and coach an AI-driven team. Strong technical depth in systems and ML; able to guide hard calls and review work. Track record of hiring and growing high-performing engineers and data scientists.
