📋 Description Support AbbVie's global alliances with China-based partners Provide practical legal counsel across alliance lifecycle Advise on U.S.-China regulatory issues affecting collaborations Navigate HGR, BIOSECURE Act, and cross-border collaboration rules Draft, review, and negotiate amendments and governance docs Collaborate with Global Alliances, R&D, regulatory, IP, and other teams 🎯 Requirements J.D. and bar admission in at least one U.S. state 5+ years in life sciences transactions or advisory work Experience with China-based collaborations and cross-border deals preferred Substantive knowledge of U.S.-China regulatory frameworks Mandarin proficiency preferred; scientific background helpful Autonomy, collaboration, and strong analytical skills 🎁 Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits Long-term incentive programs Equal opportunity employer commitment
