📋 Description Remote position; UK, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Ireland only. Help turn Grafana into a multi-tenant, scalable observability app platform. Refactor Grafana to be simpler and standardized with safe rollout planning. Operate and own customer experience through on-call rotations. Collaborate across teams; contribute to roadmap and design docs. 🎯 Requirements Strong backend coding skills in a SaaS, multi-tenant environment. Experience with distributed systems, scalability, data isolation, HA. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to align with stakeholders.
