📋 Description The Area Director – DD/IDD Services oversees all residential programs and services across the Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality services Lead budget management, staffing, licensing, compliance, policy development, program performance Collaborate with Area Managers, Program Directors, support staff, and state management to drive Focus on leadership development, operational excellence, compliance oversight, financial 🎯 Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field (Psychology, Counseling, Sociology Experience: 5+ years in residential IDD/DD services, group homes, or community-based programs. Leadership: 2+ years overseeing multiple programs/sites or leadership teams. Program Knowledge: Person-centered supports, residential operations, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new platforms. Licensure & Transportation: Valid driver’s license with qualifying driving record. 🎁 Benefits Work Schedule: Typically 8 AM – 5 PM EST with travel; some overnight travel required. 401K with up to 3% employer match after one year.
