Staff Software Engineer, Data Engineering – Identity & AI Agent Governance

📋 Description Design, develop, and maintain AI agent governance capabilities across AI platforms. Prototype and iterate on AI agent capabilities; adopt new frameworks as AI ecosystem evolves. Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery with modular design and observability. Advance Identity Governance features, including certifications, lifecycle workflows, and SoD. Partner with Support and customer teams to resolve issues and improve reliability. Monitor AI agent performance and security across platforms; ensure secure authz with least 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's in CS/Software Engineering or equivalent 8+ years in data engineering or related software roles Experience building scalable data pipelines and ETL solutions Strong data modeling and enterprise data solution design Experience with BigQuery, SQL, NoSQL, and Elasticsearch Hands-on with Apache Spark, Apache Beam, or Apache Flink 🎁 Benefits Generous PTO and holidays Parental leave and healthcare options Retirement programs and education reimbursement Commuter offset for certain locations
