📋 Description Provide direct support to individuals with intensive behavioral needs. Implement behavior and treatment plans, crisis prevention and de-escalation. Maintain a clean, safe living environment and assist daily living tasks. Document services and observations using electronic systems (T-logs, Therap). Monitor behavior changes and communicate with supervisors during crises.
