📋 Description Assist patients and families in transforming eating patterns through ongoing support. Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans via telehealth. Guide exposure to fear/challenge foods and educate families. Communicate meal plans clearly to the care team. Support discharge planning and track progress weekly. Reassess needs and adjust plans as patients improve. 🎯 Requirements Active Minnesota license required. Bachelor’s degree or ACEND‑approved coursework. Licensed RDN; eating disorder experience preferred. Caseload management up to 80 patients; up to 52 weeks each. Strong communication and collaboration skills; team oriented.
