📋 Description Senior Living Program Manager role in BAYADA Senior Living Solutions (NJ multi-county). Manage solutions for communities and residents in Somerset, Middlesex, Union Counties, NJ. Serve as a trusted advisor and senior living expert delivering exceptional product to customers. 🎯 Requirements Current NJ licensure as RN, PT, or SLP (PT background strongly preferred). Bachelor’s degree required; Doctorate preferred. Demonstrated business development/leadership experience. Strong communication across levels and platforms.
