📋 Description Lead cross-functional programs across engineering orgs from planning to delivery. Own end-to-end release management for multiple product lines. Coordinate release readiness with Engineering, Product, QA, Cloud Ops, Docs and Support. Drive improvements in release predictability and operational excellence. Partner with Product, Engineering and leadership to align on risks and priorities. Create scalable PMO processes and dashboards for portfolio health. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years in Technical Program Management in enterprise software, cloud, networking, or Experience leading large cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, QA, Security, Cloud Strong SDLC, Agile, and release management knowledge. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and tools like Claude/Copilot; AI/automation experience a plus.
