📋 Description Design and evolve shared backend platform capabilities across engineering teams. Drive backend platform direction around Java code structure and service architecture. Improve CI/CD workflows, PR quality gates, and production release practices. Contribute to platform roadmap items like Webgates, multi-cluster deployment, and AI-driven Mentor engineers through design reviews and technical leadership on platform initiatives. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years backend or platform engineering, preferably Java, with distributed systems experience. Deep hands-on Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure experience. Strong understanding of backend service architecture, API/service design, and platform tradeoffs. Experience improving CI/CD practices, deployment quality gates, and production test quality. Observability and reliability mindset with operational excellence experience.
