PT Foster Care Coordinator

📋 Description Monitors and evaluates services provided by Foster Parents Coordinates FC services and assists families and youth in care Trains and supervises direct support staff Ensures family-centered support and interventions Subject to criminal and abuse background checks; may require drug screening 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in a human service field with two years relevant experience, or Master’s degree in a human service field with one year relevant experience Two years of experience with at-risk youth or youth in foster care (required) Valid NC driver's license and acceptable driving record Excellent knowledge of Family Foster and Foster Care licensing process Experience developing Person Centered Service Plans 🎁 Benefits Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance for FT employees Supplemental Insurance Flex Spending and HSA Accounts Life Insurance 401K with 3% employer match PTO and growth opportunities
