Act as a part-time product manager for technology to enable future velocity. Build scalable, flexible products and code balancing speed and durability. Shape engineering culture with best practices for testing, CI/CD, and quality code. Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and partner with leadership to meet needs. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years building and scaling complex engineering solutions in startups. Production experience in Django/DRF and React/Next.js or similar. Able to translate vague goals into concrete technical roadmaps. Background in consumer products plus complex workflows and systems. Power-user of AI coding tools and LLMs (Claude Code, Copilot) to accelerate development.
