Engineering Manager - Site Reliability 6 Observability (x/f/m)

📋 Description Lead an SRE team focused on platform reliability and observability. Grow and guide Site Reliability Engineers for reliability at a European scale. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enable fast, safe delivery. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years software/SRE experience in cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP/Kubernetes). 3+ years engineering management experience (SRE/platform/infrastructure). Strong observability knowledge (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Datadog, Elasticsearch). Experience with Terraform and secrets management. Fluent in English; able to mentor engineers and drive architecture. Hands-on with backend languages (Go/Python/Ruby) is a plus. 🎁 Benefits Fully paid Deutschlandticket (Germany-wide transport).
