📋 Description Lead, coach, and develop the Finance System Support team. Own day-to-day support for SAP and finance apps, incidents, requests. Oversee month-end close readiness, monitoring, and issue resolution. Manage finance system access, roles governance, reviews, and controls. Partner with finance, IT, developers, and external providers to resolve complex issues. Establish consistent support practices across core finance processes. 🎯 Requirements Experience with finance or accounting processes and risks. Previous people management experience leading and coaching teams. Experience supporting large ERP systems; SAP preferred. Strong understanding of support processes, access management, testing, and release management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
