Desktop Technician

📋 Description Troubleshoot and repair laptop/desktop computers and peripherals. Diagnose hardware, software, network, and system issues. Install, set up, test, and troubleshoot IT equipment in classrooms and campus. Configure and maintain domains, user accounts, and network access. Resolve faculty, staff, and student IT requests; escalate when needed. Maintain and update IT tickets and knowledge base as required. 🎯 Requirements Ability to format, install, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google apps. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
