Improve service performance, scalability, and resilience across distributed systems. Drive engineering excellence with thoughtful designs and high-quality operations. Mentor teammates and influence cross-company architecture. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of professional software development experience. Strong problem solving, reliability, scalability, and extensibility. Experience building backend or platform services in production. Experience end-to-end development with AI tooling (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Copilot, OpenCode). Familiar with continuous integration environments.
