📋 Description Join the AI Interfaces team within AI Builder Experience (ABX) to build core products enabling AI Own high-visibility projects end to end, shaping architecture and delivering well-tested core Collaborate across research, product management, design, and engineering to define the first Design, build, and deliver essential components like the MCP Server, Agent Skills, and Intelligent Engage in architecture discussions, code reviews, and improve developer experience; mentor fellow Operate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure business continuity and incident response. 🎯 Requirements Strong background building core components for scalable, high-availability web apps/services. 5+ years backend experience, primarily in Node.js and TypeScript; polyglot codebase familiarity. Proven ability to design, write, test, debug, and tune performance in large code bases. Track record delivering complex projects independently with minimal guidance. Product-minded engineering with pragmatic tradeoffs amid evolving tech. Excellent verbal and written technical communication; collaborative mindset. Nice to Haves Experience building MCP servers, agent skills, or plugins for agentic apps. Familiarity with agentic AI tooling ecosystem (AI IDEs, CLIs, assistants). Working knowledge of Java and/or Python. Experience with OAuth and authentication infrastructure for developer-facing services. Experience with databases and understanding of database internals. Bonus for Kubernetes and AI frameworks/tools experience.
