Own hiring, development, and day-to-day leadership for a growing design Drive design execution across the Enterprise product. Partner with Product and Engineering to set Raise the craft bar. Uphold principles and quality; push beyond digitizing workflows. Contribute to the design system. Shape Scale's shared system and promote coherent patterns. Ground the team in user needs.
