Senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist

📋 Description Manage past-due accounts and collections activities autonomously Support cash application, timely collections, and issue resolution across order-to-cash Interpret customer agreements to inform collections decisions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve non-standard or high-risk matters Monitor and adjust delinquent accounts; develop and enforce payment plans Apply and maintain collection documentation and processes 🎯 Requirements 1+ years demonstrated A/R, accounting or financial process experience Bachelor’s in business or Accounting preferred Strong understanding of cash applications and collections processes Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls (preferred) Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) is a plus Customer service mindset with ability to handle sensitive situations 🎁 Benefits Law Benefits Major Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Meal Vouchers
