📋 Description Serve as strategic advisor and product SME for Freshworks customers. Drive product adoption, value realization, and revenue growth. Partner with Customer Success, Product, and GTM teams on transformation initiatives. Promote AI best practices and customer success frameworks. Lead programs to scale enablement and improve adoption. Contribute to product strategy via customer insights. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in CS, Solutions Eng, or related roles. Experience leading workshops and executive engagements. Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Eng, Support, Sales. ITIL knowledge; ITIL cert preferred. ES M, workflow automation,AI-enabled ops experience.
