Program Supervisor - Residential Support Services

📋 Description Coordinate daily operations of services in assigned programs. Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees. Monitor and ensure services to individuals are delivered. Fill direct service shifts in their program(s). Provide training for employees and conduct monthly staff meetings. Offer hands-on assistance, mentoring, and guidance. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 18 years old. High school diploma/GED required. Two-year related degree and/or two years supervisory IDD experience preferred. Person-centered, patient, and kind. Dependable, adaptable, flexible; detail oriented.
