📋 Description Assist patients and families in transforming maladaptive eating patterns into a healthy Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including nutrition assessments and meal plan Guide exposure to fear/challenge foods and communicate meal plans clearly to the care team. Support discharge planning and weekly treatment plan updates with progress notes. Reassess nutritional needs and provide evidence-based nutrition education to challenge irrational Establish a therapeutic relationship with families and document in electronic medical records. 🎯 Requirements Active Texas license as a Registered Dietitian (RDN) with eating disorder experience preferred. Bachelor's degree or ACEND-approved coursework. Ability to manage a caseload up to 80 patients over 52 weeks. Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience on interdisciplinary teams. Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote work environment and with telehealth delivery. 🎁 Benefits Base pay plus bonus potential: $68,000 – $85,000 annually with bonus.
