📋 Description Identify new classes of AI systems with the System Discovery team. Explore architectures, modalities, and compositions to reshape work with AI. Develop prototypes revealing new human–AI collaboration categories. Collaborate across domains to uncover system archetypes. Prototype unconventional problem definitions and verify effectiveness. Work in an AI-native environment influencing large-scale operations. 🎯 Requirements Experience building a wide breadth of systems (retrieval pipelines, reasoning agents, evaluation Experience building with models, not just building models; expertise in compound AI systems and Proven track record of research results (publications, notable work). Active use of AI tools to accelerate workflow (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor, Perplexity). Strong programming and data analysis skills; ability to prototype ideas and run experiments.
