📋 Description Lead and own technical direction for Pendo for Agents end to end. Manage delivery, architecture, and the talent pipeline across a growing team. Partner with Product, Design, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features. Balance strategic architecture decisions with hands-on technical problem-solving. Utilize AI tooling to accelerate engineering operations and onboarding. Contribute to a healthy, high-trust team culture with ownership and continuous improvement. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years engineering experience, 2+ years in a people-management role. Hands-on architecture experience with LLM/agent systems (RAG, tool-calling, orchestration). Experience delivering in greenfield/early-stage product areas. Proven ability to manage delivery across sprint/quarterly planning. Strong build-versus-buy judgment in a fast-moving AI tooling landscape. Strong foundation in frontend or backend development (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, Go, Python, Java 🎁 Benefits Location: New York, hybrid culture with in-office 3 days/week (remote possible).
