Lead data observability, SLA-driven quality, and platform reliability. Mentor a distributed data engineering team (domestic and offshore). Drive architectural discipline and design reviews to scale the platform. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in data engineering/platform domains; 4+ years leading teams. Hands-on with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift; DAG-based orchestration (Dagster/Airflow). Expert dbt proficiency; semantic layer experience with BI tools. Strong SQL and Python; advanced dimensional modeling and CI/CD in dbt. HIPAA experience and governance for PHI data; healthcare data handling.
