📋 Description Develop programs to remediate behavioral and social problems for adults. Design and monitor systems for people with challenging behaviors. Collaborate to improve quality of life and independence. Review behavioral staff reports and plans. Interdisciplinary team assessments and interventions. Assist health providers in recognizing behavioral issues. 🎯 Requirements Option 1: BCBA certification in good standing with BACB. Option 2: MSW or graduate student in psychology, counseling, social work, etc. 2+ years in designing and implementing behavior modification for adults. Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field (or current student). Strong analytical, administrative and interpersonal skills.
