📋 Description Assist design of healthcare experiences with product designers, managers, engineers, and clinicians Distill complex workflows into clear, usable experiences Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship real product work Work on production-ready user flows and interfaces across web and mobile Explore ideas quickly via sketches, wireframes, and prototypes Contribute to design system and style standards 🎯 Requirements Comfort with ambiguity and eagerness to learn by doing Strong curiosity for design, systems, and user experiences Clear, human, and delightful user experiences mindset Bias toward action with a results-oriented approach Attention to craft and detail; able to work fast Familiarity with modern design tools (especially Figma) 🎁 Benefits In-person role in Redwood City office, 3 days/week Opportunity to work with a mission-driven team in healthcare Exposure to healthcare product design at a Series C startup
