📋 Description The Operational Program Director (OPD) leads and coordinates programs for individuals with ID, DD Full-time organization role (may be part-time within any given home); schedule flexible to OPD is on-call at all times; emergency calls may be routed to someone with comparable authority. Occasionally may perform direct service shifts, normally not exceeding 16 hours/week; notify 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field preferred; Designated Manager status per Three years’ supervisory experience in human services per 245D requirements.
