Adapt quickly to changing priorities, evolving business needs, and shifting talent markets. Conduct candidate screenings and structured interviews, and provide clear, well-supported 🎯 Requirements At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Advanced English proficiency. Demonstrated experience recruiting commercial or sales talent within SaaS, technology, or insights Experience recruiting across Latin America; North America is a plus.
