📋 Description Lead the Americas FPS technical team in consulting, design, and deployment. Translate business outcomes into scalable Freshworks solutions. Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, Support, and CS teams to drive adoption. Turn sales concepts into detailed designs during delivery and expansion phases. Provide architecture diagrams and presentations for proposed designs. Configure, customize, and deploy Freshworks products including integrations and automation. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in Professional Services for SaaS platforms, ITSM/ITOM/ITAM preferred. Experience guiding organizational change management and managing technical risk at executive levels. Strong listening, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to handle ambiguity. Proven ability to create architecture diagrams, data flows, and design docs. Experience with ERP, Accounting, HRMS, IDAM; REST API integrations; cloud/SaaS products. ITIL certification and project management knowledge helpful. 🎁 Benefits Salary range $115,700 – $166,400 USD + commissions.
