📋 Description Ambulatory ACP to provide GI pharmacotherapy care onsite Collaborate with GI clinics to improve adherence and outcomes Assess, educate, and optimize GI-related drug therapy Monitor therapy, manage adverse effects, and ensure safety Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for patient-centered care Support cost-effective, evidence-based treatment in GI populations 🎯 Requirements GI pharmacotherapy knowledge; GI disease state focus 3+ years as a clinical pharmacist (experience in GI preferred) Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), licensed pharmacist Ability to perform MTM, dose optimization, adherence counseling Strong verbal/written communication; teamwork skills Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; computer literate 🎁 Benefits Onsite clinic at Kalamazoo, MI Collaborative, interdisciplinary care environment Opportunity to support GI patient care and outcomes
