Customer Project Manager – Data Center Infrastructure

📋 Description Own customer-facing PM from lease to Ready for Service (RFS). Coordinate among customer, Hut 8 teams, and contractor. Oversee design, construction, commissioning, and delivery. Handoff to Asset Management at RFS and closeout. 🎯 Requirements 5–10 years in PM, construction PM, owner’s rep, or customer delivery. Strong EPC and GC process knowledge (RFIs, submittals, procurement, sequencing). Ability to work with engineering teams and communicate at executive level. Assess cost, schedule, technical, contractual, and operational impacts of changes. Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
