📋 Description Lead and support rehabilitation field staff in alignment with BAYADA standards for quality Partner with Clinical Manager and Director to ensure consistent field staff management and Oversee rehab service delivery, review therapy documentation, support accurate ICD coding, and Match clinicians to clients and streamline documentation from start of care to discharge. Support timely case management, authorization management, and interdisciplinary communication. Serve as internal case manager and client advocate, collaborating on status, care plans, and 🎯 Requirements Current license in good standing as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Graduation from an accredited therapist program. Prior supervisory experience. At least two years of direct therapy experience. Strong interpersonal skills and a proven record of responsible leadership. Completion of clinical quizzes, competency checks, and background/exclusions checks; ongoing CE 🎁 Benefits Salary up to $95k plus performance-based incentives.
